SWAT is the fictional story of Officer Kim Baxter, an ambitious cop who finds unexpected love while struggling for acceptance as LAPD’s first woman in SWAT. Standing in her way and determined to maintain the "all boys club" is Sergeant John Ryker, an unusually spiritual man who orchestrates a conspiracy to remove her “by any means necessary”.

Dedicated to the "department", Kim’s never been married and gave up hope she'll ever
tie the knot. Never allowing her relationships to develop real intimacy is usually where she’s failed in the past.

...along comes Bobby Helms, a computer entrepreneur with a confidence problem, who sets his sights on Kim. This could be "Mr. Right", but the timing couldn't be more wrong.
